Rachelle Meineke will be telling the story of the first Pizza Hut… started by two college students in 1958….. about how the Pizza Hut museum came into being on the W S U campus,…. meeting with Dan Carney and getting his vision for the museum.. ….and the process the committee went through in how to tell the story in the small space of the Original Pizza Hut. Rachelle is the Director of the Lowell D. Holmes Museum of Anthropology, the Coordinator of the Museum Studies Certificate, and the Curator of the Pizza Hut Museum at Wichita State University.

Senior Wednesday admission is $2; admission is free for members.

The Senior Wednesday programs at the Historical Museum begin at 10:00 am in the DeVore Auditorium, and the doors open at 9:30. Refreshments are served.
