Senior Wednesday – January 23rd – “Hunting and Trading on the Great Plains”

Seniors 55 and older are invited to enjoy a special program on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Doors open at 9:30 and the program begins at 10am. Members are admitted free; non-members are admitted for the special Senior Wednesday rate of $2.

Join us on Wednesday, January 23rd for “Hunting and Trading on the Great Plains.” James R. Mead is most well-known as a bison hunter, trader, and town founder, but he was also a prolific writer. Take a walk in Mead’s footsteps as we explore his story through his memoirs, journals, and letters.
